Video: Boeing Plane on Fire While Making Emergency Landing, 'Softball-Size Hole' Found in Engine

A recent series of incidents has made it a challenging month for Boeing. A cargo plane belonging to Atlas Air encountered an engine malfunction shortly after takeoff from Miami International Airport. As a result, the plane was forced to make an emergency landing. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported. Video footage captured by a witness showed the plane swerving and emitting sparks. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) later discovered a softball-sized hole near the plane’s second engine. This marks the third incident involving a Boeing plane this year. As a result of these incidents, Boeing’s stock price has dropped by nearly 19% in the past month.
